Coin Cufflinks hand crafted and enamelled in England

A gentleman’s cufflinks are often a statement of the wearer’s sense of style and individuality. They represent a chance for men to show off a little jewellery – acceptable jewellery for men. A staple for those who prefer the double or ‘french’ cuff they are hugely collectable – and let’s face it – a lot of fun.

Cufflinks became common around the end of the 18th century and then popular from around 1850.  More colourful cufflinks found popularity after the Prince of Wales – later Edward VII wore Faberge cufflinks. It is perhaps their very necessity that has allowed the humble cufflink to become ubiquitous. Other items of men’s jewellery come and go – tie pins, watch chains , key chains – all now only seen occasionally.

Anyone who has been to our Savile Row shop will have seen these coin cufflinks. Crafted and enamelled by hand in England, each a little piece of history in truly vibrant colours.
